This little cotton shirt was inspired by some of my favorite sewing patterns! I’m always impressed by the simple yet beautiful shapes and colors and fabrics I see in Japanese sewing books. My knit version combines crisp cotton and a soft color to make a pretty little textured blouse to go with all those pretty little summer skirts.

simply beautiful. If only I had the knitter's patience and not the sewer's speed. I am in awe.

I've always been told I *look* 12. Now I wonder if I could modify this a 12 + 20 years size. ;-)
