Did you know that February is National Embroidery month? You may have noticed I do love a bit of embroidery here and there so a whole month to use as an excuse is just fine by me.

I had no idea it was embroidery month! Maybe that's why I just pulled out an embroidery that's been languishing in the work basket (for over a year!)
I have to know - where did you get that paisley fabric in the first picture? I neeeeeeeeeed some.

So pretty! My mom taught me to embroider when I was in 4th grade. I kind of gave it up b/c the back of my work was just ugly.
