Whoa! Newton has grown.

I think Owen is a perfect cat. I have a soft spot for unpredictable cats. Marmalade tabbies are divine. Owen looks a lot like my Scully - she has the same fluffy mane and black dots on her nose.

Love the yarny goodness - seems wrong to squish that up in a box.

We had a psycho-kitty like that when Owen was little.

One trick for getting cats in the carrier: put them in backward. Wear leather gloves.

Or try putting some little treat, like tuna, in the carrier and slam the door when he goes in after it.

I find it helps to keep nervous pets in one room during packing. Then they aren't so aware of the chaos around them.
