looks like your little one is really growing up - God Bless her - just way too cute .... and such a perfect model ....

Those are really nice designs!! Good for you! :)

What a sweet little tortoise, my son and I have wanted one for a couple years and he's on a push to get one for his upcoming birthday. Too sweet.

When I saw Newton's pic I thought: "Wow. What an adorable tortoise - so detailed, he is stunning, where did she find that?"
I read on but had to look at him again and realized Newton is a REAL tortoise!
I thought it was a model to sit with the matching wool - thus the impressed response to his 'details'.
I saw one of his little feet wasn't touching the ground and had to enlarge the picture.
Oh, he is too beautiful. Will he be inspiring a knit?
I do think they are calm, sufficient beings as well.

Beautiful work! Love the tortoise... very cute.

What a cutie! He'd be a nice inspiration for a colorwork motif...

A lot of great new patterns you have ready to release.

Welcome, Newton. My husband inherited a desert tortise when his grandma past away. It was in the will, I swear. Josephine has since passed as well as she was very old but she was a fun pet to have. I love the wee one though, might have to look it to one.

Great new patterns coming up...exciting about the hooded scarf and the shawl but I really love the look of your daughter in the raglan. She is just so darn proud of herself.

I LOVE NEWTON! I love turtles/tortoises, too; for exactly the same reason. They seem so wise and self-sufficient. You can't imagine any storm pr crisis really rattling them, they just pull in and wait things out.

LOVE the hooded scarf, btw. I'll get there, too.
