LOVE the webring!!

bTW, what's the lovely shawl pattern on your header photo?

My bad English made me think that this was a ring for people studying at home, not educating others (ie. their kids). I felt that I really fell into that category, being a masterstudent supposed to work on my degree, finding a lot of excuses to rather knit. Since my daughter is just four years old the question about her school hasn't been seriously desided yet, I actually have no reason for joining the ring at all. Guess I'll just go back to my blog and remove the link. Well, well, it was fun as long as it lasted.

Hello!
Found your link on knitty, I am a homeschooler too, now if I could figure out this webring thing I would totally join...it will take me a while but I will get it...

I'm one of those "...back in *my* day..." kind of hs'ers...when I began, they were still putting people in Michigan in jail for homeschooling. Horray for educational freedom! And a :::HUGE::: thank you to all those who went before and fought the battles to make hs'ing as free as it is today...

I unschooled for 15 years (both kids, all the way, both now in college, one married, one still here at home) and internet community was only a part of the last few years. I hope you have many people contributing...

Did I see something about the grey beauty in the upper-left corner? Would love to have that pattern if/when it's available.
